It was cold February evening when I was shooting Brooklyn Bridge and Downtown Manhattan from this spot on Manhattan Bridge for the first time. I was expecting an easy job, but, as it often happens, the reality turned out to be exactly opposite. The bridge was permanently shaking and bouncing due to the car and more importantly - train traffic. Because there was no clear spot to set the camera, I had to fit the lens between tight bars of the bridge's fence.
