There's always something magical about shooting city skylines at night. Illuminated buildings strongly constrasting with dark skies create extraordinary effect. When it comes to skyline views, New York has probably more to offer than any other city in the world. It's constantly growing and wherever you look, you see construction sites with enormous structures. This photograph presents the historic and iconic Empire State Building, completed in 1931, combined with Hudson Yards - the most expensive real-estate project in the history of the USA (worth at over $26 billion), partially opened and inhabited, partially still under construction.
