That day, the first actual day of winter 2019/2020, I was headed to Central Park for capturing it during snowfall. While on the train, I decided to visit DUMBO just for an hour and then follow up to Upper Manhattan. But photographing Manhattan Bridge engaged me so strongly that I spent there the rest of the day, and obviously I didn't have any time left for shooting in the park. It was already getting dark when I found myself on Brooklyn Bridge, walking towards Manhattan. I was on my way back home, when I recalled myself of the spot in Lower East Side that I'd seen before and yet never visited until then, which gave a photographer some great visual perspective to bridges: Brooklyn and Manhattan. The view was breathtaking. I set the camera on the tripod again, adjusted parameters and began shooting. The results I could see immediately on the camera's screen were truly stunning. The earlier snowfall and dense clouds created the impression of a fog which enhanced the shine of the lights illuminating the bridge, and added a hint of mysticism to the photograph. I'm glad I didn't miss the unrepeatable chance for a unique photograph.
