Historia
That afternoon I grabbed my camera spontaneously and went for a long walk around SoHo to photograph some of its architectural beauties, heading ultimately to Brooklyn Bridge for sunset. As usually, I focused on the facades, looking mostly up and attempting to capture the neighborhood's hallmark: large windows and ladders, in a creative manner, relying on various forms of natural light. I then stopped at the crossroads of Mercer St and Broome St, because the view of the long line of stylish houses, typical for SoHo, really caught my eye from this perspective. I found it a perfect place and a great timing to depict the life in SoHo. The weather and the light were fantastic. The traffic in the streets added vividness to the photograph.
