The "Palette" is one of my photographs that I took almost incidentally. I took another walk to Manhattan Bridge in order to shoot panorama of Lower Manhattan during sunset and twilight. At some point I spotted that only in a particular area the sky was literally painted with a whole palette of colors. I had to take the camera off the tripod and shoot from hand, because on Manhattan Bridge photographing is only possible through bars. Therefore, setting a tripod is very difficult and limiting.
The sky looked like a work of an expressionist. I didn't even intensive vibrance of colors significantly in order to get this result. It seems that the most talented painter in the history is the nature itself.
